How does WhatArt identify paintings? WhatArt uses Claude, Anthropic's advanced AI vision model, to analyze your painting photos and identify the artwork, artist, historical context, and estimated value.

How accurate is the identification? WhatArt is highly accurate for well-known paintings and artists. For lesser-known or unknown works, it provides its best analysis based on style, technique, and visible elements. Results may vary depending on photo quality and painting visibility.

How long are my analyses saved? All analyses are saved in your Library for 30 days. You can mark any analysis as a favorite to prevent automatic deletion, or delete analyses manually at any time.

How many scans can I do per day? Free users can perform 1 scan per day. Premium subscribers have unlimited scans.

The analysis failed. What should I do? Try the following: ensure good lighting, make sure the entire painting is visible in the frame, avoid glare and reflections, and make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, please contact us.

How do I delete my data? You can delete individual analyses from the Library by swiping left on any item. To delete all your data, contact us at contact@nerdform.org.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. To cancel, open the Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → WhatArt → Cancel.
